Recently we hosted a large group at Surftides.
Liz D. , part of the family here, who’s main duties are sales, can not help but get involved in all aspects of the hotel. There is a term called “owning it” and Liz embodies this term. Liz is Customer first no questions asked make them happy at all costs type person.
And it is because of her service skills that we get notes from our customers every day.
The group that stayed with us recently sent us this. I will not report the entire letter her but here are just a few of the comments:
